Fix data_gen script, update docker image, benchmarks, bettr urls

Includes following changes:

  • fix docker image to use latest omb + requirements (renku, python >3.8)
  • fix src/data_gen to work with renku REST-API changes
  • update project and benchmark data to latest
  • remove original omni_clustering and replace by omniclustering
  • fix/update orchestrator urls in table at the top of benchmark page
  • update bettr urls at result page

Not fixed:

  • omni_clustering is still part of omniverse at benchmark page
  • project status are not all referring to latest run (?)
  • omniclustering network lacks some connections/looks unexpected at least
