Fix data_gen script, update docker image, benchmarks, bettr urls
Includes following changes:
- fix docker image to use latest omb + requirements (renku, python >3.8)
- fix src/data_gen to work with renku REST-API changes
- update project and benchmark data to latest
- remove original omni_clustering and replace by omniclustering
- fix/update orchestrator urls in table at the top of benchmark page
- update bettr urls at result page
Not fixed:
- omni_clustering is still part of omniverse at benchmark page
- project status are not all referring to latest run (?)
- omniclustering network lacks some connections/looks unexpected at least
