Downgrade to R 3.6.3
Very dirty replacement of R_4.2.x binaries by R_3.6.3. Literally deletes the rstudio R.4.2.x binaries and libraries, downloads a pre-compilled R 3.6.3, installs all packages again, and links /usr/bin/R and /usr/bin/Rscript to the downgraded R 3.6.x.
Please note the current R script does not work, as the installed ascend version does not export ascend::newEMSet.
