Add ancillary data to file name to facilitate reprocessing

James Runnalls requested to merge handleAncillaryData into snap7compatibility

These changes include an "ancillary" parameter in the file name for Polymer and C2RCC this means that on reprocessing if ERA5 data has before available the data will be reprocessed.
