ACOLITE S2/S3: NaN in bands and internal flagging
Two separate issues w.r.t. ACOLITE:
-
For S2 MSI (bands 443, 560, 740) and S3 OLCI (400, 681) sometimes NaN values are produced. However, it seems that instead bands 442, 559, 739 for S2 and 401 and 682 S3 are available that contain the actual values of the "true" MSI/OLCI bands (e.g. 442 contains the values for the 443 NaN entry). This thus requires post-processing, and should not be the case. If the user is unaware, the entire observation could be dismissed.
-
ACOLITE internally flags pixels ("l2_flag"), but it would be beneficial to have the calculated rhow and rrs values anyways, such that the flagging can be manually controlled. This should be possible, because each pixel has rhot and rhos values.
