Update ui.R: adapt the data source for world predictions to WHO

Sabine Maennel requested to merge adapt_source_texts_to_who into master

for pragmatic reasons the predictionUI identifier was kept as JHU sind this identifier is used also in the CI-CD for the data import and could not be adapted due to missing access permissions
