proper restrictions to NSB

allowed_values isn't available for numeric parameters This MR provides annotation for NSB that expresses what you wanted.

There is no way to do like this with a float parameter (Offset). So I use the alternative way: String parameter. The advantage is that it will produce dropdowns in the frontend. The disadvantage is that the unit information is lost.
