103 loading dataset

In this case, I am just updating the behaviour when the Dataset is created. See #103

In any case, the behaviour is now

When invoking the dataset creation, if it exists:

• It is automatically loaded
• An overwrite flag allows to delete all files and all information, and restart the dataset.

This way, we don't have to be playing with the creation and then the loading.
