Renaming and splitting of files

This MR

• renames files in aaad.data_objects (new aaad.data)
• removes data/ except the data of the pedestrian bridges
• optimises imports, removes the copyright for each file, and formats with black
• fixes other minor issues due to type checking, and documentation
