Nightly update

Chandrasekhar Ramakrishnan requested to merge nightly-update into master

Add a CI pipeline that can be used to periodically update the data sources.

Two datasets,

  • openzh-covid-19
  • covid-19-italy

are currently skipped because the upstream has changed from what is currently in the project.
