Installation using conda

Installation using conda is based on the setup.py file which contains packages "aaad" and "aaad_examples". In the setup.py file, the package "aaad_examples" should be renamed to "examples" and the actual "examples" package should be placed in src.

@alessandro.maissen and @sophia.kuhn I see there is a merge request for the pedestrian bridge example. I will fix this once !49 (merged) is closed
