Examples: Semiramis with rhinoinside - cleanup/update

As mentioned in !37 (merged), a new notebook and a dataset (Semiramis test case) needs to be created that works with the latest core code.

Separate notebooks:

• Full pipeline including sampling, training, generation of new designs, model evaluation etc. Requires Grasshopper, rhinoinside etc.
• Demo that runs without Grasshopper. Starts from a pre-generated dataset, trains the model, generates new designs.
• Demo that only uses pre-generated dataset and pre-trained model to generate new designs.

Additionally:

• Demo how to use pre-trained model to generate and show designs in Grasshopper (probably using http com for now)
• Tutorial page in docs, which includes the link to download the dataset and pre-trained model.
