Define where to place use cases

Given that this will end in a toolbox to be installed, we need to define how the users will utilize it, and more specifically, where the specific code for a particular use case is going to be located. We can engineer this by building a dummy example, but FIRST, we need to define where to place the code (and CAD files if they exist), and how it is going to interact with the toolbox.
