finalize website for 0.1.0 release

Some final things to check and edit for the AIXD website, apart from the User Guide pages.

Currently, after compilation of the documentation, we see the following things missing or in need of revision:

• Citing: preplace the placeholder text with a proper citation !112 (merged)
• AUTHORS: file in repo root is empty and not linked to the website !112 (merged)
• Licence: update years to 2020-2024 !112 (merged)
• Examples: section empty, we could link to the github folder at the least
• check renaming from aaad to aixd throughout (some remaining occurances in i.a. Installation)
• References: it looks like it contains bibliography of referenced related work. I think this should go as footnote on the respective page. Here, instead, we should put OUR relevant links and papers.
• add link to documentation in repo's README
• add link to source code (repo) on the website

Finally, we should also check:

• API: are all methods&classes in there? links and names correct?
