Public documentation

Minor things left to do for the public documentation:

• Change https://docs.gramaziokohler.arch.ethz.ch/aaad to https://docs.gramaziokohler.arch.ethz.ch/aixd, or other custom domain, as discussed in a meeting
• When pushing the documentation with the SCPClient, one should first clean the directory on the server. This prevents the duplication of files, when we only changing the name of the rsi file.
