Project information

Analysis of the flowdistortion bias in the ship borne wind speed measurements from the Antarctic Circumnavigation Experiment (ACE). We use ERA-5 reanalysis data to quantify the flowdistortion bias in the measured relative wind speed and direction as a function of the relative wind direction.
